Andrea Ferrara is a retired human resources executive with more than 34 years of leadership experience at PepsiCo, where she was widely regarded as one of the company’s most accomplished and respected HR leaders. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for PepsiCo Beverages North America, a role she assumed in 2017. 

Throughout her career at PepsiCo, Ferrara held numerous senior leadership positions across geographic regions, business units, and corporate functions. In these roles, she partnered closely with executive leadership on organizational design, talent management, and the development of PepsiCo’s global human resource strategy.

Ferrara holds a Master’s in Industrial and Labor Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Pet Animal Welfare Society in Norwalk, Connecticut, where she supports the care and socialization of animals awaiting adoption. Her dogs are her pride and joy and exemplify how rescue dogs make wonderful family members.
