The event will be held in the museum’s Blue Wing located on the right after you pass through the turnstiles in the main lobby—new location this year!

Event Schedule

6:30 p.m. Cocktail reception with passed appetizers and a chance to visit with our scientists
7:30 p.m. Three course buffet dinner
8:00 p.m. Program

Dessert will be served tableside during the program

Pre-registration, Check-in, and Auction details

To speed up the check-in and check-out process, please log into Auctria through the link in the email you receive on October 3, or email us at gala@silentspring.org to receive a new personal link.

In Auctria, please add your phone number, address, and credit card information to the website. This is not required, but will make bidding, check-in, and check-out smooth and easy.

An important note: Fundraising is a critical part of the evening, and every donation makes a difference. Thank you!

Other Details

Seating: Find your table number on the back of your nametag (along with your bid paddle number).
Parking: If you park in the museum parking lot, get your parking ticket validated at check-in.
Transit: Take the Green Line to Science Park station.
Dress: Celebratory cocktail attire! Coat check will be available.
Accessibility: The Museum of Science is wheelchair accessible. If you or a member of your party will use a wheelchair, please email us at gala@silentspring.org, so we can provide you with the best possible experience.
Recording: The program will be recorded and shared following the event. The program will not be streamed.

Check-Out

At the end of the evening, please stop by the check-out table to collect your auction item! If you wish to pay by check or another means, you can let us know at check-out. Otherwise, the credit card on file will be charged. Using a DAF/foundation gift is valid for donations not receiving a tangible item in return.
